We (only) Come To You.

95% of our work outside of headshots (the stuff for magazines, wedding + commercial clients) is done on-location — call us 'location' experts. In short, we don't have a studio. And it's almost guaranteed that we've set-up mobile studios in locations smaller than your conference room. We've set-up portrait studios in closets, in gnarly horse stalls and on the Great Plains in 40-mph sustained winds.

THE FORMAL-STYLE HEADSHOT

This is your straightforward, professional headshot.

If you're managing a corporate or institutional website and need regular portraits of new employees; you're the office manager of a law firm and tasked with organizing headshots; or maybe you're just a trustworthy financial advisor who doesn't want your clients thinking that you're too far out there. This might be the style for you.

Consistent, predictable, fast, more formal.

THE CREATIVE-STYLE HEADSHOT

Need a more creative or relaxed feel? Need something that might show your personality a bit more? Are you in a more creative field? Try this style headshot.

We'll photograph the headshot a little looser — maybe with more shallow focus, maybe sitting in a chair, maybe your arms crossed. But rest assured, we'll keep it professional. This is still a headshot.

More unique, stylized + contemporary.

ALL SESSIONS RECEIVE

  • Up to 15-minute session per person, on-location at your office or place of business
  • Choice of headshot style as described above.
  • Choice of seamless background color (white, gray, black or colored**)
  • On-line editing of images within 48 hrs of shoot and delivery of final image within 24 hrs of selection.
  • Choice of one image — color correction/toning and minor blemish retouching provided.
  • All final images will be delivered as JPEG files at 7 inches (2100 pixels) on the longest side and at 300dpi resolution — suitable for almost all electronic and small printing applications.
  • Client is responsible for make-up and wardrobe choices. Wardrobe changes will not be allowed. Please show up in what you intend to be photographed wearing. See our Shoot Day Tips for help.

We can also arrange catering, wardrobe services, sports cars, trained dogs and just about anything else that you can think up. All shoots will be charged applicable state and local sales taxes

BEYOND THE HEADSHOT

These projects might include creating a more storytelling environmental portrait or consist of creating entire marketing libraries for your company's future use. Because they are more complex, they are priced on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with more details and we'll walk you through our estimating process.

Here are some of the details to think about:

  • What is/are the end use of the photographs? E.g., collateral materials, advertising, a company website.
  • How many images will you need to produce? Just one or two or an entire library?
  • For how long will you want to use them?
  • Will you require hair + make-up, or wardrobe help?
  • How long, within reason (i.e., not pulling 18-hour shoot days), do you think the shoot will take?
